Our Story.
About Care24
Care 24 was founded by a nurse who is compassionate in the care of the older person, with over 15 years of experience in the Irish health care sector. Motivated by a personal experience with a loved one, she recognised the need for reliable and compassionate home care services in our community.
Since our inception, we have grown to become a trusted provider of in-home care, serving clients with trained Healthcare Assistants. We are able to identify any changes in clients condition escalating early to their GP, Public Health Nurse and family thereby reducing unnecessary readmission in A&E.
